BODYROK is a Pilates-inspired, 45-min, full body, strength training group class on the custom BODYROK reformer. Their hybrid Pilates sequences will have you plank, lunge, squeeze, pike, jump and push your body — the BODYROK experience is designed to create more energy and increase your metabolism, working for you even after you leave. Please arrive 10 minutes early for check in and an overview of the studio and reformer. Grip socks are required, if you do not have a pair, we have them for sale in studio. For your safety and enjoyment, if you are a first timer and arrive less than 5 minutes before class, you will not be allowed to participate in class. BODYROK is located at 2124 S Highland Drive directly across from Sugar House Station.
