Front Yoga is an excellent choice for anyone from a beginner to a long-term Yoga or Tai Chi practitioner. We are also home to Salt Lake Ashtanga Yoga, the most extensive Ashtanga program in Utah! We offer a full schedule of classes daily, plus Yoga Teacher Trainings, workshops and sound baths. Yoga and tai chi are included in your Front membership. If you’re not yet a member and would like to try out a class, your first one is on us!
