Centered City Yoga Hot is a premium Heated Yoga Studio in Salt Lake City, UT offering hot yoga classes, beginner-friendly yoga, power flow, yin yoga, private yoga sessions, and corporate yoga. Located next to Alchemy Coffee, our studio welcomes students from Liberty Wells, Sugar House, East Central and surrounding areas who want expert instruction in a warm, supportive community. Since 1999, Centered City Yoga has helped Salt Lake City students build strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness through breath-led classes taught by experienced yoga instructors. Join us for consistent, thoughtful practice designed to support movement, focus, recovery, and long-term well-being.
