Since 1995 Christopher's Prime has been providing the finest USDA and Wagyu beef, the freshest seafood and authentic, friendly service. Sonoma Wine Bar + Grill was introduced in 2018 as a compliment to our wonderful steak house. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher.
