About

Liberty Park is one of the largest urban parks in the state of Utah and arguably the most historic. The park was once owned by LDS leader Brigham Young and was sold to the city after his death. Liberty Park spans 110 acres, over eight city blocks, and serves as a cultural hub for Salt Lake City and its surrounding areas. The park features the Tracy Aviary, Liberty Tennis Center, Liberty Park Pool, and a small amusement park, among many other attractions.
