Publik Ed's is a neighborhood cafe near the University of Utah serving breakfast, burgers, beer, and specialty coffee. Our breakfast burritos are legendary — packed with scrambled eggs, tots, house-made salsa, and all the fixings. We keep it simple: great food, great coffee, cold beer, and a chill neighborhood vibe. Our coffee is roasted in small batches at Publik's 100% solar-powered roastery right here in Salt Lake City. Part of the Publik Coffee family with four locations across SLC.
