Welcome to Salt Lake Roasting Co. This is what we do: roast coffee on site featuring more than 30 single origins along with many proprietary blends, make our own chai & mocha powder, use organic Japanese Matcha, prepare all our unique, creative food options, in-house along with delicious baked goods. All in an inviting, comfortable environment ideal for reconnecting with friends or studying. At the heart of our business are the coffees we roast on site. Since 1981, we have traveled the world visiting 28 countries of origin to select the finest coffee’s and to learn about the culture of the people that grow them. These are offered by the cup or to take home by the pound. We also ship to our friends all over our country.

Join us for breakfast and lunch, stop by for a casual dinner, or enjoy a freshly made crêpe and dessert later in the evening. With something for every appetite and occasion, MillCrêpes is a welcoming spot to enjoy good food with friends and family. We also offer catering for meetings, celebrations, and special events throughout the Salt Lake City area.
