Inside the Impact and Prosperity Epicenter, students find a hybrid food market with hot ready-to-eat meals, cold grab-and-go options, and DIY meal kits for in-room meal prep. The location also features a hot menu of traditional grill items with a weekly rotating menu featuring cuisines from around the world and a full coffee bar.

Quartzdyne Café is a small campus market that makes eating easy with both grab-and-go meals and fresh, made-to-order options. Students can stop in for coffee drinks, paninis, or quick snacks between classes. It’s a convenient spot for balancing busy schedules with good food.

This is what we do: roast coffee on site featuring more than 30 single origins along with many proprietary blends, make our own chai & mocha powder, use organic Japanese Matcha, prepare all our unique, creative food options, in-house along with delicious baked goods. All in an inviting, comfortable environment ideal for reconnecting with friends or studying. At the heart of our business are the coffees we roast on site. Since 1981, we have traveled the world visiting 28 countries of origin to select the finest coffee’s and to learn about the culture of the people that grow them. These are offered by the cup or to take home by the pound. We also ship to our friends all over our country.
