Salt Lake Donated Dental Services is an income-based private non-profit dental office in Salt Lake City providing dental care for the indigent. SLDDS is the only safety-net dental clinic in our community to provide free preventive and restorative care, as well as emergency services. Considerable time and energy is spent on educating every patient on the importance of a healthy smile, and teaching them how to maintain good oral health. Program services include: • emergency treatment; • preventive maintenance and periodontal services; • restorative care (i.e. fillings, root canals and crowns); • pediatric dental services (including in-office sedation); • oral surgery; and • dentures and partials

Dr. Barbu Gociman is is a board certified plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery) specializing in all areas of craniofacial surgery including cleft lip, nose and palate deformities, craniosynostosis, and ear reconstruction, as well as general pediatric plastic surgery, post-traumatic facial reconstruction, and all aspects of aesthetic surgery. Dr. Gociman earned his MD degree from University of Medicine Carol Davila in Romania and his PhD in Human Genetics from the University of Utah.
