We are currently offering virtual care, urgent care, and in-person visits. Medical school faculty and students deliver primary care at our Rose Park Clinic. Primary care includes these services: - Regular health exams and screenings. - Care for symptoms like stomach pain, muscle or joint pain, breathing issues, and others. - Care after a hospital stay. - Care for chronic conditions, such as diabetes. - Referrals for any other care you need at University of Utah Health. We also offer an onsite food and clothing pantry. We work closely with community health workers to connect you to the resources you need. Internal medicine, pediatric, or family medicine doctors supervise our medical students.

The intensive outpatient clinic helps patients with complex care needs. We partner with University of Utah Health Plans to provide these integrated services: primary care, behavioral health, and case management.
