Russian Therapeutic Massage

I am a full time Athletic Trainer and part time Massage Therapist. I specialize in sports massage, Swedish, trigger point, deep tissue, stretching, using a mix of all of the above to get the best result for the client. I am available by appointment only, working around my full time job as an athletic trainer. Look forward to helping you reach your goals.

I have been a therapist since 2012. I love helping people find their way back home into their bodies, and helping them feel safe, heard, and protected while giving an effective massage that delivers results! My style is rather fluid and relaxing, even when I do deep tissue. My philosophy is to keep your body in the relaxed state (parasympathetic state) so your muscles will naturally relax on their own which allows me to work out the adhesions and knots more effectively. I also encourage you to take ownership of your body and feel empowered in all aspects of your life! That is my goal for you. Hope to see you on my table soon! I specialize in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Fascia release, Sports Massage and Orthopedic Massage.

I have been a licensed massage therapist for almost 20 years. I specialize in Therapeutic massage and am dedicated to helping people become free from pain.
