I have spent the last thirteen years learning the integrative aspects that include the mind, body, and spirit. I started with Reiki in 2011 and am now a Master Reiki practitioner. I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2012. I have been certified in; Sarga, Lymphatic, Thai Bodywork, Cupping, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Sound Therapy, Reflexology, Yoga, Reiki, and Breath-Work. I have worked with many different people, backgrounds, and bodies. Everyone is extremely unique.
