Welcome to Free Wheeler Pizza! We started delivering in the Salt Lake Valley in 1977. Since our founding, we have been innovators, using our decades-old sourdough starter for all of our dough, using a blend of mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheeses, and mixing our own seasoning-blend for our marinara sauce. And we feel this shows in the sheer number of combinations, toppings, and choices we offer. We keep our ingredients fresh and tasty, varied and interesting. We experiment with new ideas, while keeping the basics in mind. You can get a pizza with artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and broccoli, but we'll also make sure your pepperoni pizza is spot-on, too. Napoli, Italy is the birthplace of pizza and one of the most unique, chaotic and beautiful cities in the world. Settebello was created over a decade ago to re-create Pizza Napoletana as it has been made in Napoli for more than 200 years. Our promise to our guests and ourselves is to protect the DOC designation granted to us by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN). The VPN certifies pizzerias all over the world to ensure the integrity of the pizza making process as it was created in Napoli centuries ago.
