One dish we’re especially proud of is our Lamb Shank— tender lamb that’s been slow-cooked and lovingly seasoned with a unique blend of traditional Somali spices. Featuring a full assortment of Uinta classics and seasonals on tap or by the can, you can also find limited and one-off special releases from our Research and Development Lab. A full menu of elevated pub fare built to pair with our beers is available from the kitchen. When you’re done, hop into the General Store and Rep the Range with some fresh Uinta gear.
