Kafe Mamai is a fusion of African and Caribbean cuisine. My number one goal is healthy, halal ,comfort, nutritional food with an inviting heart to everyone I get a chance to serve. Halal is key as it covers every aspect of the healthiest choice in what we put in our bodies. I dedicate my desire and work ethics to women who raised me and particularly my grandmother for the strength , love , lessons and direction on what a human with humanity is . Lamu island on the coast of kenya is where I came from , but lucky enough I have had the pleasure to see the shores of Montego Bay , to the beaches of Culebra and Condado and have learned how incredible alike we are in our culture, experience, Cusine and mannerisms .
