UMANI Pizzeria is a local, family-owned food truck with over 10 years of experience serving Salt Lake City. From weddings and corporate events to festivals, neighborhood gatherings, and employee appreciation lunches, we love bringing people together over great pizza. Every pizza is handcrafted and baked fresh in our wood-fired oven, and we’re proud to be part of the community we’ve been serving for the past decade.

We aren't your typical stop - it’s the kind of place people hear about and then keep coming back to. What started as a food truck in SLC turned into a go-to for stacked smash burgers with a Colombian twist. Expect soft brioche, crispy edges, unexpected toppings, and sauces that pull everything together in the best way. Both of our locations offer a flavorful Mediterranean inspired menu featuring more than 20 different sandwiches, boasting of fresh produce along with the fine Italian meats you know and love and some to which you may yet need to be introduced.
