About

The Pie Underground – A Utah Pizza Tradition Since 1980. Our original pizzeria near the University of Utah has brought generations of students, families, and friends together. We make our dough fresh, hand-roll and toss it, shred our own cheese, slice meats and vegetables daily, and prepare sauces and dressings in-house. No frozen dough or bags of pre-shredded cheese. Just generously topped pizza made the way we always have. Step downstairs into our iconic dining room, grab a table, write your name on the walls, and enjoy a piece of Salt Lake City history. From specialty pizzas to extensive vegan options and a dedicated gluten-free menu, there's something for everyone. Good pizza takes a little time, and we're okay with that.
