Chef-driven cocktails, nine with alcohol and nine without, mirrored and priced the same, plus a natural wine list that moves with the cellar. The kitchen is modern American from chef Tyler Stokes of Provisions: a seasonal menu, local where we can, made from scratch and cooked over charcoal. Oysters, hamachi crudo, wagyu carpaccio, bone marrow, branzino, a proper patty melt. Dinner until 10, then a late menu until close. One record plays each night.
