General Manager Courtney Howe of Knickerbockers Deli remarked, "It's nice because you get these people that are just out enjoying [themselves] and they just want to stop even for just a cup of coffee or a quick breakfast burrito."

Further enhancing the trail's appeal, businesses like Pedego, a national electric bike retailer, and Recharge Pub & Grub have established direct connections to the parkway, offering riders additional amenities and services.
